Can not update my ms 609 to german language!!!!!

    why is the support for the system software so horrible? i can`t update my sytem to german language, i can choose english spanish and french. how can i update my device? thanks for support

    Now i`ve updated my device but now it hangs on the program mode!!! what can i do?
